Sending a ‘QuickMessage’

From within a chat session, a supervisee can send a message by double-clicking or double-tapping the screen. This will bring up the “Send Message” Dialog Box (see Diagram 1). On the supervisee interface, a number of pre-programmed messages appear. These are known as “QuickMessages.” Simply tap on one of the QuickMessages to send it.
