Messages can be sent with Normal Priority or with High Priority. To designate the message as a High Priority message, select this choice from the list of options on the Send Message Dialog Box (see Diagram 1).
Messages can also be marked as Invisible. Invisible messages are not sent to the supervisee. However, they are timestamped and included in the session transcript. Therefore, if the supervisor has something they would like to communicate to the supervisee, but don’t want to disturb them during the session, they can mark a message as Invisible. Later, when viewing the session transcript, the supervisee can read this message and follow-up further with the supervisor in post-session review.
