Purchase, Registration, and Confirmation

To sign up for iSupe, you must complete a three step process. You must (1) purchase a license, (2) complete user registration, and then (3) confirm your email address. These steps will be outlined in the sections below.

1. Purchase

Before anything else, you must purchase a license to gain access to the iSupe system. Licenses come in two flavors:

  1. Supervisor License – This license type allows you to create and host supervision sessions using the iSupe software. With this license, you can login to iSupe from any computer or device. iSupe Mobile® is included.
  2. Supervisee License – This license type allows you to join and participate in existing iSupe sessions. With this license, you can login to iSupe from any computer or mobile device. iSupe Mobile® is included.

Both license types can be purchased individually or in bulk through our online storefront. Bundled license packages are also available for purchase.

When a license is purchased, a license key is generated and sent to you via e-mail. This license key remains active for two years from the date of purchase. Therefore, your initial purchase grants you access to the iSupe system for two years. Once expired, a license extension key can be purchased annually. This is also available for purchase through our online storefront.

Our online storefront uses PayPal to offer a secure checkout process. In the last step of the order process, you will be redirected to the PayPal website to provide payment information. PayPal will ask you if you want to use your existing PayPal account to process the order. If you do not have an existing PayPal account, you can simply choose to checkout with a credit card. You will receive a receipt from PayPal after completing the order. This email will also contain your purchased license key(s). iSupe will never have access to the specific payment information you provide to PayPal. For security purposes, we do not maintain credit card numbers in our databases.

2. Registration

Once a license is purchased, a license key will be sent to you via email. This license key must be activated/registered before you can gain access to the iSupe system. The email you receive after purchase will contain a link that will bring you directly to the Registration page. On the Registration page, you will be able to enter your license key, choose a unique username and password for the iSupe system, and specify your user and contact information.

3. Confirmation

In the last step of this process, you must confirm your email address. After you click the “Register” button in the previous step, a final email will be sent to you. This email will contain a confirmation link that you must click on to confirm your email address. Once you have clicked on this link, you are done with the setup process and ready to start using iSupe!
